Saturday we went to Mom and Dad's Church Easter Party. They always do a good job and the kids love it. It was cold and rainy so the egg hunt was inside but it was still a good time. We spent the day at Mom and Dad's house then and by afternoon it had cleared enough for the kids to find eggs outside.
Callie loves to do note/cards so she left a something for the Easter Bunny from both her and Chase and a note in between asking for his signature.
This is what was inside the envelopes. By the way she saw the pics on my camera - had to do some covering - I just wanted a pic before I went to bed and the Easter Bunny came.
Chase has had some nighttime fears and while we had talked and prepped for Easter and he had seen the Easter Bunny and had pictures with him, we really hadn't talked too much about him coming that night - once when we did I could tell he wasn't too big on him in our house while we were sleeping. So that morning when Callie was so excited to see their baskets, Chase was clueless. He sat down in from of them here and said who brought this stuff for Callie and me???
We were too late getting ready to leave for Church to concentrate on getting a good pic and I never thought of it later. After Church we went to Shannon's Grandma's house for lunch, home for naps, and then to Shannon's parent's house that evening for more spoiling.
The next week Callie FINALLY lost a tooth that had been hanging on forever and was sticking straight out. I couldn't figure out why it didn't just fall out. When it did fall out while brushing her teeth there was an already half in tooth behind it. When she left it for the tooth fairy she left a note asking for her signature :-)
